My name is Jade. I am a Full Spectrum Doula, Hypnobirthing Educator and Yoga Teacher.

As a Birth Worker, I support birthing parents by providing Hypnobirthing antenatal classes, Sacred Pregnancy Journeys and by serving as a Birth,  Bereavement and Postpartum Doula.

I have given birth three times, in three different ways: My first birth a scheduled caeserean, my second an unmedicated VBAC at a Maternity Unit, and my third birth an unmedicated VBAC Home Birth. You may read about my births in detail here
